Effective date: January 1, 2026. This policy explains what LeeChuanjing Pay ("we", "us") does with information when you use our website.

1. Information we do not collect

All calculators run entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. The values you type — wages, dates, hours — are processed on your device and are not transmitted to us and not stored on any server. We do not require an account, so we hold no username, password or profile about you.

2. Cookies and advertising

We set no first-party advertising or tracking cookies by default. If and when we enable Google AdSense or similar advertising, those partners may place cookies to serve and measure ads in accordance with their own policies. You can control or disable such cookies through your browser settings; doing so does not affect calculator functionality.

3. Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that do not employ cross-site tracking cookies, to understand which tools are useful. No personally identifiable information is collected.

4. External links

Our pages may link to third-party sites (for example payroll guides). We are not responsible for their privacy practices; review their policies separately.

5. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

6. Your choices

You may clear cookies in your browser at any time. Because we store no personal data, there is nothing for us to delete on request, but you may contact us with any concern.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
